To apply, the color picture of the candidate should be 300×300 size and the signature should be 300×80. Then scan and upload to the designated place.
Application forms filled with incorrect information will be considered void. Fill out the form with the correct information. The application will not be considered acceptable till the examination fee is submitted through Teletalk SIM after completion of the application.

ভুল তথ্যে পূরণকৃত আবেদন ফর্ম বাতিল বলে গণ্য হবে। সঠিক তথ্য দিয়ে ফর্ম পূরণ করতে হবে। আবেদন সম্পন্ন করার পর যতক্ষন পর্যন্ত পরীক্ষার ফি টেলিটক সিমের মাধ্যমে জমা দেওয়া না হবে ততক্ষণ পর্যন্ত আবেদন গ্রহণযোগ্য বলে বিবেচিত হবেনা।
