পরীক্ষার ফি বাবদ ৫০ টাকা সোনালী ব্যাংক লিমিটেডের মাধ্যমে ট্রেজারী চালান করে চালানের কপি আবেদনপত্রের সাথে যুক্ত করতে হবে। আবেদনপত্রের খামের উপরে পদের নাম ও নিজ জেলা উল্লেখ করতে হবে।
