Through this (www.ubmwdp.gov.bd) website, interested candidates have to download the application form, print it on A4 size paper and fill in the blanks with the correct information manually. A postage stamp of Rs. 10 should be attached with the application form. At the same time, the unused envelope of 9×4 size should be sent to the office address mentioned in the recruitment notification by November 08, 2021.
The recent application should be accompanied by 03 copies of passport size color photograph, educational qualification, attested copy of national identity card, citizen certificate, character certificate, practical experience, training experience.
Application forms filled with incorrect information will be considered void. Fill out the form with the correct information. The application will not be considered acceptable till the examination fee is submitted through Teletalk SIM after completion of the application.
